    Hi Justin and team. What a delicious recipe, we kept all the leftovers for snacks during the Rugby final on Sat, the guys devoured it. We miss all of you and hope your trip is doing well.

    I watched this episode whilst in Israel but, I missed the bit on the spices. May you please give more details on the type of spices to be used as well as the preparation for stuffing the chicken. Hope to prepare the dish for tomorrow night’s dinner. Ta.

    Hi there,

    To make the stuffing you will need:

    small handful fresh mixed herbs, try and include Tarragon (you can use dry if necessary)
    large knob of butter
    splash of lemon Juice
    black pepper to taste
    sea salt flakes to taste
    teaspoon of lemon zest
    2-3 cloves of fresh garlic, chopped finely
